My images are not loading into the project what do I do ?

Go through this checklist and make sure your images meet the criteria to work with our software:

JPG or PNG format. PNGs should be 8-bit and non-interlaced.

SRGB color (no CMYK, Grayscale, and Adobe 1998 RGB).

150 to 300 DPI (dots per inch or pixels per inch). For instance, a 5x7 image frame should be filled with an image that is at least 750x1050 pixels and no greater than 1500 to 2100 pixels.

What does the “low quality” warning mean ?

It means that the quality of the printed product will be compromised as the image resolution is too low for printing purposes. Either reduce the print size or source the original image if you are using images from social media.

How safe is my credit card ?

How do I use my voucher code ?

To use your voucher code, simply enter it into the 'Voucher Code' field on the 'Payment' page during the ordering process. Once you have entered the code, click 'Set'. This will apply the code to your order and will adjust the price accordingly.

Please note that voucher codes are not redeemable for cash.
